I met Jo the Director at a property networking meet and I was impressed with her knowledge. She was a big help with mitigating planning risks on my current project. She got a planning certificate that 2 other companies said it wasn't possible at the stage of my development. Jo was right and de risked the project.

Thanks Parker Liddle Architecture

We worked with Jo for planning on an extension and she was very helpful and made everything seemless.
Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Jo and Phil have been great, they were clear with their proposal for our project and delivered the plans on time, without fuss. Would happily use again and recommend to others.

It took some time and a few attempts to get our application over the line, something we would have given up on long ago without the diligence, determination and expertise of Jo. Not only did she manage the process through to completion, but she also has a network of professionals in other areas of the planning process, like highways to call upon where required.

We are having an orangery built. It was not clear if planning permission was required or whether it would come under permitted development, which was frustrating. I contacted Jo on recommendation and this proved to be invaluable.

My first contact with Jo was by telephone and from this I found that she had a calm and patient approach to our situation, which was a blessing! She arranged for plans to be drawn up, liaising with the glazing company who were to erect the orangery. We were due to go on a three week holiday abroad and was anxious to ensure we could fly out of the UK safe in the knowledge that all was in hand. Jo assured me that she would arrange to submit our application to the local planning authority and deal with any matters that may arise.

I am pleased to say that we had no need to worry. Jo got everything sorted and we now have planning permission.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jo.

You know she is a good architect when your builder says 'that's the most detailed drawing I have seen in a long time'. Jo is very helpful and knowledgeable and also point me to the things to look out for with my crazy ideas. Highly recommend anyone to work with Jo
